With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise transformation, operational excellence, data, and AI-led business transformation, Keyur brings a strong track record of building high-performing teams and delivering measurable business impact at scale. Over the course of his career, he has led large-scale transformation initiatives across Fortune 50 and enterprise organizations, helping businesses translate technology investments into operational and financial outcomes. 

Keyur has extensive experience in scaling enterprise Data and AI capabilities, driving operational modernization, and building outcome-focused teams across complex global environments. His leadership philosophy is rooted in combining strategic execution with strong people development—an approach that aligns closely with VCreaTek’s long-term vision and culture. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Psychology from Rutgers University, a background that reflects in his thoughtful, people-centric approach to leadership. 

In his role at VCreaTek, Keyur will lead North American operations, strengthen customer engagement, and work closely with delivery, sales, and strategy teams to accelerate growth and deepen client impact across the region.

Originally from India and now based in New Jersey, Keyur lives with his wife Pinki and their daughter. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, tennis, basketball, travel, and exploring different cuisines and cultures.
